's and my steampunk character and story thing, an antagonist. Sloan Amsel. he's a mean person >:C and he likes his wiiiine~ But yeah idfk I was kinda trying to do a background, got tired and half assed it xD LIKE ALWAYS. Anyways enjoy or what not. He's a blank panther :>~
Also there are a LOT of flaws and I know everyone of them. Normally I welcome critiques and what not, but I'd prefer none on here really :/ this picture is just. I'm done with it xD

This is the bulter from Hellsings outfit (basically) combined with the newspaper editor's looks from Baccano. Do you honestly try to find new and inventive ways to basically copy other actually talented artists? I'm seriously curious here...
